Abhinav Pandey

Abhinav Pandey is an Assistant Professor of Practice at SDA Bocconi and the Head of AI Engineering and Technology at the ION Management Science Lab. He studies how knowledge workers think and decide alongside AI, using field experiments and strategic theory to show when AI augments human judgment and how organisations can design agentic systems and structures that make human–AI collaboration work. He coordinates the AI Clinic, the research team and the lab's computing resources.
